Mixed Fruit Smoothies
This
one was completely off the cuff with no starting point, just what I
felt like today.
Mixed Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 2 cup almond milk
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
Directions
Cut
up bananas. Add all of the ingredients to the blender and blend well.
Enjoy!

dad even tried this one and like it. I'd say it was a success.
